Jeff has over 25 years of experience in business development, marketing and sales. He began his career working in the professional sports industry; managing and building sales teams that were responsible for $30+ million in sales on an annual basis. His business experience and diversity have seen him build and manage sales teams to overseeing the marketing, research, service development and web strategy for a Fortune 500 company. Jeff has worked with companies such as Learfield Communications, Home Sports Entertainment, Fox Sports Southwest, the Houston Rockets and Administaff. In 2003, Jeff decided to use his business knowledge and experience for a new purpose. He moved his family to Denver, Colorado and developed a mentoring program for influencers and leaders in the marketplace. Over just a few short years, this program was impacting the lives of over 400 leaders up and down the entire Colorado front-range. Jeff and his wife Sherri currently live in Castle Pines, Colorado with their two children, Lindsey and Peter.

Jae Edwards is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for early-stage opportunities (both for-profit and non-profit) with large growth potential. He is founder of several startup companies including WeFeed and SOS Equip. In addition to these humanitarian focused organizations, Jae is also very involved in the bustling real estate construction and development community in the Denver Metro area. Having grown up in Houston, TX and living in Denver, CO since 1997, Jae has built extensive business and relationship networks in both Colorado and Texas across numerous industry sectors. Jae will rarely turn down a round of golf. He and his wife, Alissa, live in the Denver, Colorado area with their three children, Peyton, Archer and Presley.

Mark Massey has 25 years experience combining operations management, residential and commercial development, strategic leadership, and business development. Prior to launching WeFeed and SOS Equip, Mr. Massey served Biomass Energy Resources as Vice President of Supply Acquisition and is responsible for supply acquisition, harvest operations, land agent management and community relations. Mr. Massey has demonstrated a unique ability to create corporate value and make inroads into markets quickly while driving internal systems and process. Mr. Massey founded and served as President of Canyon Ridge Development LLC and Canyon Ridge-Fireside Creek LLC, creating residential and commercial real estate developments in the Colorado resort towns in Summit and Grand Counties. With Canyon Ridge, Mr. Massey developed the project vision, acquired real estate, designed and developed the project working with municipal entitlements, and managed a team of engineering & construction partners. Prior to Canyon Ridge, Mr. Massey served as Business Development Manager at Jefferson Wells International, an international finance and accounting consulting firm. While at Jefferson Wells, Mr. Massey built a successful consulting practice focused on business infrastructure with Fortune 500 companies in the Houston marketplace. Notably, Mr. Massey developed, sold, and managed the federal emergency management and administration program for the City of Houston’s efforts to provide housing and services to 30,000 Hurricane Katrina evacuees. Mark and his wife Lisa live in Castle Pines, Colorado and with their three children, Mackenzie, Alexa and Christian.
